Feedback from supervisor

I received written feedback from Ian today on my proposal submitted 12 days ago .
Here are the main comments:

1. Need to address research problem at the start of the Problem Statement section to allow readers to know what I'm studying about.
2. He acknowledged that lack of literature about protected area and Cat V was hindering me from writing the way I had wanted to.
3. To explain my method (expert method) in the Literature section.
4. Generally he said I'm almost there.
